The law firm «DE LA CRUZ & ASOCIADOS» emerged in 1995 between the spouses Yanilda De La Cruz and José Acosta. Mrs. Yanilda De La Cruz had just graduated from a law degree and Mr. José Acosta had a degree in accounting and was a computer technician.
